According to the decree of the President
of Ukraine V. Jushchenko starting with the
1st of August 2005 citizens of Canada need
no visa for entering Ukraine or for transit
through Ukraine if they are not planning
to stay over 90 days. Jushchenko also signed
the decree according to which citizens of The
European Union, Switzerland and Liechtenstein
also don’t need a visa to enter or travel
through Ukraine. According to this document
starting with the 1st of September citizens of
these countries can stay in Ukraine without
visa for a period not exceeding 90 days.

Starting with the 1st of July citizens of
the United States don’t need a visa to come
to Ukraine. It is determined by the President’s
decree dated the 30th of June.
